Mr. Gomez founded and heads SUE Transports, a transport company dedicated to streamlining Dialce’s expansion strategy into international markets by creating strategic alliances for growth. He also spearheaded the acquisition of Tequila Don Ramón, one of Dialce’s most prized labels.

With degrees in Business Administration and Communications from the University of San Diego, Ms. Padilla joined Dialce five years ago as the Director of Human Resources. She leads Dialce’s talent recruitment and development.
